Process Engineer (Project Team Member) - Chrzanów

Our client is a leading manufacturing company in automotive industry. Their plant is entirely dedicated to the production of Rear lamps and Head lamps for cars, both on the original equipment market and the aftermarket. The company is currently looking for a motivated and competent person for the position of:

Process Engineer (Project Team Member)
Location: Chrzanów

Mission:

As a process member of project team you are responsible for industrialization of new projects, ensuring process readiness at SOP and successful project launch.

Responsibilities:

  • To cooperate with development sites in terms of process definition and manufacturability of products;
  • To perform process FMEA, cycle time analysis and capacity analysis;
  • To define specification for all process equipments;
  • To manage suppliers in terms of process equipment;
  • To implement and validate process equipment;
  • To ensure readiness of the process for SOP;
  • To prepare and perform FDPR (internal and with customer);
  • To capitalise experience and to enrich the lessons learnt database;
  • Any other tasks given by N+1.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in engineering;
  • 1-3 years of experience in process area in automotive industry, preferably in projects;
  • Fluent English;
  • Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation.
