Our client is a leading manufacturing company in automotive industry. Their plant is entirely dedicated to the production of Rear lamps and Head lamps for cars, both on the original equipment market and the aftermarket. The company is currently looking for a motivated and competent person for the position of:
Project Launch Manager
Location: Chrzanów
Mission:
Leads launch(es) associated to P1/P0 projects. Ensures flawless production ramp-up managing all site functions & contributors. Responsible for manufacturing/production quality objectives (process standards, timing, capacity, logistic). Interfaces project development team, coordinates local customer communication, reports progress development.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure achievement of project objectives in terms of manufacturing (quality & cost);
- Validate capacity available and investments in production site;
- Follow-up of non quality cost and quality improvement plans;
- Ensure readiness of project at internal and customer milestones:
- Internal Process Audits, FDPRs, IS validation;
- Customer Process Audits, FDPRs, IS validation;
- Responsible for PPAP submission and Customer IS validation process;
- Participe to Design Review, Process & Logistic Review, PFMEA;
- Is accountable for budget management (all Site resources);
- Check and validate Project Team Members activities to achieve milestones on time;
- Ensure appraisal and development of Project Team Members;
- Report progress development to PVC & PMC with control of associated Project Manager;
- Lead communication with customer and development centers;
- Ensure pre-serial deliveries on time.
Requirements:
- Master degree in engineering;
- At least 3 yars professional experience in launching new projects, preferably in automotive branch;
- Highly developed interpersonal skills ;
- Fluent English;
- Teamwork spirit, ability to cope with stress, customer orientation.
